2. Types of Personal Data processed

A. Personal Data used by our Service

We use Anonymous Data to improve our Service. This information will not be disclosed publicly through the Service.

Automatically generated information

Like most other websites and online services, we automatically collect and process information about how you use the Application. The information collected includes your IP address and/or your unique device identifier.

If you specifically choose to opt in, the Application may collect your geolocation information. In any case, you can prevent your geolocation information from being obtained through your mobile device’s settings.

If you specifically choose to grant permission to access and collect information from your social network account, your basic personal information on that account (such as your name and email address), as well as your social network user ID (not your password) and parameters relating to the posts you share through the Application, may be collected. To learn more about how to set your account’s privacy preferences to control the information that can be accessed and obtained, please refer to the social network’s privacy policy.

If you enable the user authorization features within the Application, the following additional information is stored:

  • Name,
  • Email,
  • Phone number (optional),
  • Additional profile information sent by an external provider such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn.

We also collect the following (anonymous) information to give the application owner insight into how the application is used:

  • The moment you open the Application,
  • The screens you open within the Application and the time you spend on those screens,
  • The moment you leave the Application.

Note: if user authorization features are enabled, we may associate anonymous information with your information when you log in.

If in-app push notification ads are active, information about BleshSDK, which works integrated with the application, is provided below.

Through BleshSDK, users’ notification permission status, bluetooth status information, device information, advertising identifier (IDFA), location, carrier and installed application list information are accessed, and the necessary security measures are taken to protect the privacy of this information. If a User wishes to save a campaign image sent to them to their photo album, the User’s photo album and camera are accessed and the screenshot is saved to the photo album. The information is used securely and only for as long as necessary, solely within the scope of sending push notifications through the Application and only to the extent the User permits. The information is shared with third parties only to fulfil these purposes; publishing or disclosing the information beyond this scope is not permitted.

C. Specific Information

You may be asked to sign up for certain activities such as a loyalty card, newsletters or advertising; in that case some personal information is requested. This information is stored in the database of our service (including third parties) and will be shared with us.

When you upload data, including photos, within the Application, it will be shared and may be visible to all other users of the application.

3. Purposes for processing Personal Data

A. Purposes

The parties process Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To enable you to use the Service,
  • To keep information about our Service up to date,
  • To improve and/or customize the Service,
  • To identify you and/or personalize the Service,
  • To recognize you and prevent fraud,
  • To provide support,
  • To transmit your Personal Data to third parties when you request this from us or when we are legally obliged to do so.

B. Transmission of Personal Data to third parties

We do not sell, and we do not rent, your Personal Data to third parties without your prior consent. However, where it is necessary in order to provide your Personal Data to you or to carry out your instructions — such as making a payment through payment providers in connection with Paid Services — we may provide your Personal Data to third parties.

We may provide “aggregate anonymous data” about the use of the Service to third parties for such purposes as we deem appropriate. “Aggregate anonymous data” is data that cannot be traced back to you and is therefore not considered Personal Data. For example, we may use aggregate anonymous data to better understand how Users use the Service.

In the event that we transfer to a third party, merge with a third party, or undergo a restructuring, your Personal Data may also be disclosed to and/or transferred to that third party. That third party will have the right to continue using the Personal Data and other information you have provided to us.

We may disclose your Personal Data where we believe in good faith that we are required to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceedings, a criminal or civil subpoena, or other legal process or request issued by law enforcement authorities, or to exercise, protect or defend legal rights or defend against legal claims.

4. Where Personal Data is processed

The data centers where the data processed within the scope of the Service is kept are located in various regions, provided using hosting services located in Türkiye, Ireland, the Netherlands and the United States. However, the processed Personal Data may be transferred to and stored on servers located in a country outside these countries and regions. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your Personal Data is used securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

5. What security measures protect your Personal Data?

The security of your data and that of other Users is very important to us. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss or any unlawful processing. We have implemented the following measures: protecting our servers through firewalls, SSL connections and encryption of sensitive data. This list is not exhaustive.

6. Limits of responsibility regarding third parties

Our Service may contain services and products offered by third parties and/or hyperlinks to the websites or services of partners, advertisers and other third parties.

The parties have no control or influence over the content, websites or services of these third parties. Different privacy policies may apply to the use of third-party websites and services. This Privacy Notice relates only to Personal Data obtained through your use of the Service for its own purposes by the parties. The parties accept no responsibility for the content, practices or operation of third-party websites and services.

7. Deleting Personal Data

Please note that there may be certain legal limitations on this right when you ask us to delete your personal information. For example, where required, we will retain certain payment records or customer service records for purposes such as legal or accounting purposes. We will also retain information to exercise, protect, defend or establish our own rights or the rights of third parties.

To delete the personal information collected about you, simply go to your profile tab within the game, press the “Edit Profile” button, and then press the “Delete My Account” button located in the lower-right corner of the screen that opens. You can also send a request to delete your information by contacting us via email. You may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity.

8. Children’s privacy

Personal information about children is not knowingly or intentionally collected.

9. Security

Measures are implemented to ensure the security of your personal information, to minimize the risk of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures cannot provide absolute information security. Therefore, efforts are made to ensure the security of your personal information, but this is not guaranteed, and you cannot reasonably expect that the Application and its related databases will be free from any wrongful act, malfunction, unauthorized interception or access, or other misuse and abuse.

10. Changes to this Privacy Notice

This Notice may be updated at any time. The parties will publish an updated version of the Privacy Notice through the Service. The parties recommend that you check this page from time to time to be aware of the changes they will make to this Privacy Notice and to be informed about how the parties will protect your Personal Data. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Notice periodically and to be aware of updates, and you accept and undertake this.

You agree to be bound by any of the changes made to this Notice. Your continued use of the Application after a change takes effect will indicate that you accept the amended Notice. If you do not accept the amended Notice, you must uninstall the Application and refrain from using it further.

11. Monitoring of the Service and User Content

Manc Teknoloji Oyun Yazılımları Geliştirme ve Yatırım A.Ş. (“Manc”) is under no obligation to monitor unlawful User Content or the inappropriate or unlawful activities of other players. Furthermore, it cannot be held responsible for the information, materials, products or services shared by other players (for example, on their own profiles). User Content is not approved by Manc. However, if anyone violates these Terms or misuses the Services, a user can report this through the “Report” link on the Player Profile.

Manc is under no obligation to monitor the Services. Manc has the right to monitor, record or store the user’s interactions with the Services while using them, or the communications the user has with Manc or other users while using the Services (in-app messaging, etc.). If it is determined that User Content violates these Terms, Manc may remove the user’s permission to share User Content or to communicate with other Users without notifying the user, and may completely terminate the User’s access to the Services.

The user is responsible for their own communication with other users within the application. In the event of a problem with another user, Manc is under no obligation to get involved, but may do so if it wishes.

12. User Content

“User Content” means content originating from and created by a User in relation to themselves (not limited solely to in-app communication). When Users contribute their own user content to the application, they continuously and permanently grant Manc, free of charge, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable rights to that user content (including the related intellectual property rights), and they accept and confirm that Manc may use it for its own benefit. Users accept and undertake that they will not use their rights under the user provisions in a defamatory, demeaning, obscene, pornographic, malicious, offensive manner or in a way that violates the rights and laws of third parties. At any time and for any reason or without giving any reason (including but not limited to claims and demands from third parties and authorities related to user content), if a Manc user violates the provision in the preceding sentence, Manc reserves the right to remove any user content from the application.

Below is a list of certain matters that are unlawful or prohibited and must not be present in the application. Manc reserves the right to investigate those who violate these matters, delete the memberships of those who violate them, remove such inappropriate communication from the service, and take and initiate all necessary legal measures against such persons. Users whose memberships are deleted for violating these matters cannot make any claim for their deleted memberships. If users whose memberships are deleted for violating these matters log into the game with a different membership, their new membership may also be deleted.

The prohibited matters are as follows:

  • Users who buy and sell manc gold outside the platform are removed from the platform on a short- or long-term basis.
  • Users who present themselves as an admin/moderator within the game are permanently removed from the platform.
  • Causing disturbance verbally or in writing, or aiding and abetting someone else’s harassment;
  • Verbally or in writing spreading information that another user finds false and misleading, or unlawful activities, or threatening, obscene, defamatory, demeaning or insulting behavior, and escalating it;
  • Transferring in-game currency between users, helping other users obtain rewards, using cheat programs, disrupting in-game fairness, and the use or possession of macro programs, bots, emulators and all other third-party tools, etc., and/or using them to benefit other players;
  • Using an unlawful work or a work belonging to someone else without permission — for example, using or providing links to pirated computer programs, or providing information to circumvent copy-protected devices, or publishing or providing links to pirated music;
  • Publishing restricted or password-protected pages, or using hidden pages or images that do not contain a link from another page or are inaccessible;
  • Displaying any kind of pornographic or sexually explicit material;
  • Using informative content about unlawful activities such as the manufacture or use of illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

  • Conducting commercial activities and/or sales such as competitions, betting, bartering, advertising or pyramid schemes without our prior written permission;
  • Publishing content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred toward any individual or group, or physical harm.

Although all of these matters are prohibited and continuously monitored by the system, there is a possibility that a user may encounter these and/or similar situations, and Manc is not responsible for any damages that may arise from any party due to the user being exposed to such a situation.

13. What to do if you have questions or comments?
